Nova Sochaczewska

Sochaczewska is SGI’s new residential development in Warsaw’s Chrzanów district, in a rapidly growing part of Bemowo. The project will comprise around 200 flats, with 54 units of various layouts to be built in the first phase. The planned Karolin metro station will be located approximately a 5-minute walk from the development, or around 400 metres away, providing a quick connection to Wola and the centre of Warsaw.
