2. The provided personal data will be processed for contact purposes, to respond to submitted questions, as well as for marketing purposes, including the preparation and presentation of offers by the Administrator.
3. The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016), which includes direct marketing, maintaining contact, and responding to submitted questions,
- The data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) regarding the use of cookies.

The recipients of the personal data, provided by the data subject, may be — only when necessary and to the necessary extent — entities cooperating with the Administrator in providing services and supporting ongoing business processes, in particular IT systems and service providers, as well as other entities providing services to the Administrator or supporting business operations (e.g. courier, consulting, marketing services).
5. The provided personal data will be stored for up to 6 months.
6. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
7. You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), acting under the relevant legal provisions.
9. Providing personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement; however, it is necessary to prepare and present an offer or to enable a reply or establish contact.
10. The provided personal data may be subject to automated decision-making, including “profiling,” meaning any form of automated processing of personal data that involves using personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects of a natural person, which may have consequences for the data subject, including targeting marketing activities of the Administrator and/or other recipients indicated in point 4 directly to the data subject.
