SGI has started a new investment project. Located in Dolny Mokotów, Tarasy II is an intimate development created for those who value comfort, convenience, and aesthetics. The carefully planned architecture combines modern design with practical solutions, creating unique spaces surrounded by greenery.

An investment full of innovative solutions
The architecture of the building, with its spacious terraces, naturally integrates into the green landscape of this part of Warsaw. This boutique development includes 45 apartments with varied sizes ranging from 42 m2 to 160 m2. It has been created for those who appreciate elegance and comfort in a tranquil setting. The project is distinguished by spacious gardens, terraces, and balconies. The top floor has spiral staircases leading to rooftop terraces. A representative entrance with a covered gate and a concierge desk will ensure residents’ safety. For their comfort, a playground and recreation area have been planned.

The investment, designed by the renowned HRA Architekci studio, will be characterized by an attractively shaped form, providing residents with both views and privacy. Highlights of the project include open corner views with balconies and panoramic windows, as well as the top floor with large terraces and spiral staircases leading to the roof. Ground-floor apartments will feature spacious private gardens. Completing the whole and matching the building’s architectural style will be the interiors of the common areas, designed by Bajer Sokół Team — a studio repeatedly awarded in industry competitions in Poland and abroad.

Panoramic wooden windows, a key compositional element of the building’s façade, will perfectly illuminate the interiors. Each apartment will be equipped with elegant external blinds, underfloor heating, ventilation with recuperation, and a KNX Smart Home system. This system will enable residents to remotely control heating, lighting, and other electrical devices, providing convenience and increasing the home’s energy efficiency.

Surrounded by nature
An integral part of the investment will be carefully designed greenery, consisting of elegant compositions of trees and shrubs, along with accents of flowering and evergreen plants. The project includes private zones as well as shared spaces with two designated areas for play and recreation, providing residents with an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
