A space that harmoniously fits into the lifestyle of its residents


SGI has launched sales of the final stage of the Łopuszańska 47 investment. A project based on modern architecture and a clear spatial layout creates an attractive housing offer in a rapidly developing part of Warsaw.

The new building continues the principles adopted for the entire investment: carefully designed apartments, refined common areas, and a high standard of finish. Planned completion date: Q1 2027.

Architecture with character

Łopuszańska 47 is a thoughtfully designed complex of four multi-family buildings, created in a cohesive and modern aesthetic. They differ in architectural details and apartment layouts but together form a harmonious whole. Carefully designed common areas — both interior and exterior — organize the space and give it a friendly, functional character. Around the buildings, green relaxation zones, small architectural elements, and a playground will be created. The underground part will feature a garage with 149 parking spaces, with additional spots located outside the buildings. In response to modern needs, electric vehicle charging stations have also been included. Daily life will be made easier thanks to access control systems and monitoring. Everything has been designed to support quality of life.

Space tailored to your needs

The final stage of the Łopuszańska 47 investment is a six-story building containing 127 apartments — from cozy sizes to spacious, multi-room family layouts. All apartments share a well-thought-out spatial arrangement, allowing flexible and ergonomic interior design tailored to the individual needs of residents. Access to the apartments will be provided by four staircases, each with a modern elevator serving all floors — from the garage level to the top floor.

An important advantage of the apartments is their associated outdoor spaces. Ground-floor units will have private gardens — extensions of the living room and natural relaxation zones in the open air. Windows in these apartments will be equipped with external blinds, ensuring additional comfort and privacy.

Shared space

The common areas of Łopuszańska 47 have been designed to support residents’ daily lives — not just as communication zones but as active places for meetings, recreation, and relaxation. One of the key elements is the residents’ club, which today is one of the cornerstones of a modern housing estate.

The residents’ club will include a fitness area, a TV and cinema room, and a space dedicated to the youngest residents — a place that can serve as a play corner while giving parents the comfort of using other amenities. This is an offer tailored to the needs of various age groups — from professionally active singles, through families with children, to seniors. An additional advantage of the investment is the ground-floor service units. They will not only make handling everyday errands easier but also serve as an impulse for building local bonds — these are places where community life happens: over coffee, in line, during a chat. These elements contribute to making the place more than just an address.

Warsaw’s Włochy district strikes a balance between the city’s dynamics and the calm of everyday life. The WKD Raków station is just a short walk away, and nearby tram and bus stops guarantee flexibility in choosing a mode of transport.
