Residents of the Sokołówka housing estate in Łódź receive their keys
The Sokołówka Estate in Julianów, Łódź, is filling up with new residents. Owners of apartments built by SGI on schedule are now receiving keys to their units in the fourth stage of this investment. For those still considering buying an apartment in this area, we have good news. Two more buildings with spacious and bright apartments will be built at the Sokołówka Estate. The variety of floor areas, starting from 47 sqm, ensures that everyone will find something for themselves here.
The Sokołówka Estate is located right above the Sokołówka River valley and in direct proximity to Mickiewicz Park. Besides the green surroundings, this location is also distinguished by its good connections to other districts of Łódź.
Attractive location of the estate
“We place great importance on the location of our investments. We want our residents to live comfortably both inside and outside their apartments, which means we also aim to offer them opportunities for active leisure and relaxation in nature close to home. Thanks to its location, Sokołówka allows residents to enjoy the charms of the green surroundings, tranquility, and clean air every day,” says Robert Stachowiak, CEO of SGI.
Near the estate built by SGI, there are bike paths and sports clubs, including tennis courts. Those who prefer urban entertainment will enjoy the proximity to Manufaktura Shopping Center, which can be reached by public transport in under 10 minutes.
Comfort and high quality
The investment was completed as planned. This part of Sokołówka, designed by the Mellon architectural studio, consists of two buildings: one five-story and the other eight-story, connected on the ground floor by a garage hall with 63 parking spaces. Residents also have access to outdoor parking spaces, a bike room, a stroller room, and storage units. The buildings house 63 apartments ranging from 52 to 123 sqm. The very functional 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-room apartments have large windows that provide natural interior lighting. Each unit includes a loggia (3.80–8.60 sqm), while penthouses on the top floors have spacious terraces (19–99 sqm). Additionally, for safety and comfort, each apartment is equipped with an intercom or video intercom as standard.
SGI also paid great attention to the high quality of the common areas and made every effort to ensure the building meets the expectations of even the most demanding clients. Bright, spacious lobbies are enhanced with decorative wooden wall slats, into which stylish mailboxes are integrated next to a practical mirror mounted by the entrance to the building. The entrances to the apartments are decorated with door portals, and in front of each threshold, there is a functional doormat recessed into the floor.
Construction of the next stage starting soon
The construction of the next, fifth stage of SGI’s investment at Sokołówka will start soon. Plans include the construction of two eight-story buildings with a total of 89 apartments, ranging from 2 to 5 rooms, with areas from 47 to over 130 sqm. This will make it an ideal offer for both singles and large families. According to the design, each unit will have a loggia or a terrace — the largest terrace, belonging to one of the apartments on the top floor, will be nearly 75 sqm. For motorists, 46 indoor and 62 outdoor parking spaces are planned. There will also be 16 bicycle storage units and 21 storage rooms. According to the schedule, the new buildings will be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
