Soon, new apartments at Łopuszańska 47 will go on sale. We have just received a building permit for the next buildings in this investment.

Łopuszańska 47 is a modern estate distinguished by both elegance and timeless simplicity. The construction of the first stage of the investment is proceeding according to schedule, and the building already has its external structure completed. A permit has just been issued for the construction of the next stages.

The entire investment has a cohesive and harmonious style, yet each building has its own individual character. All the buildings in the estate differ in shape and number of apartments, but they are united by elegant form, functionality, and a focus on the comfort of future residents.

The second building (stage 2) of the Łopuszańska 47 investment will have 5 floors.
This building will contain 120 apartments ranging in size from 26 to 93 sqm. Depending on their location, each apartment will be equipped with a spacious balcony, terrace, loggia, or private garden, providing residents with additional space for relaxation. For safety, the entire building will be monitored and equipped with remote access control, and the ground-floor units will additionally have external roller shutters.

Residents of this building will have access to 130 parking spaces and 14 bicycle storage units in the underground garage, as well as 14 outdoor parking spaces, including one with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Terraced building layout

The third building (stage 4) of the Łopuszańska 47 investment will have up to six floors in a terraced layout. Thanks to this, it will be a place providing relaxation and tranquility surrounded by greenery, while also creating a leisure zone. A children’s playground will also be built here.

This stage will include 87 apartments ranging from 30 to 112 sqm. Depending on their location in the building, each unit will feature a large balcony, loggia, spacious terrace, or private garden. As with the previous buildings, this one will also have monitoring and remote access control, and the ground-floor apartments will be additionally equipped with external roller shutters.

There will be 106 parking spaces and 14 bicycle storage units in the underground garage, as well as 10 outdoor parking spaces, including two with electric vehicle charging stations.

Additionally, the newly constructed buildings will include 4 commercial units and a residents’ club with a fitness room. This will create an attractive space and an opportunity to meet friends, while also improving daily comfort by offering services and leisure within easy reach.

SGI’s investment is just 5 minutes from the WKD Raków suburban railway station, providing quick access to Warsaw’s city center. In the immediate vicinity, there are bus stops, and tram stops are also available at Aleja Krakowska.
