Project Coordinators focus on the technical and administrative aspects of the investment — from managing legal and formal documentation, through administrative processes, to coordinating interdisciplinary activities, ensuring project consistency and compliance with regulations. In contrast, Product Creators are responsible for creating the vision of the space, with aesthetics and functionality as priorities. Their work differs from typical tasks of an architect or interior designer because it includes not only design but also the implementation of new material solutions and in-depth analysis of details. Product Creators combine design with functionality. In this way, we set new standards in the industry.

The biggest challenge for Product Creators is finding the balance between aesthetics and functionality. As architects, there is often a temptation to focus on the visual aspect of the project, but their role requires creating spaces that impress with their design and are also practical for everyday use.
