Łopuszańska 47 – the next stage of the investment in Warsaw’s Włochy district is now on sale
Sales have just started for the next stage of the Łopuszańska 47 investment in Warsaw. The new building will include a residents’ club with a fitness room and a relaxation area. — “This is an important part of our investment. These are no longer just ordinary common areas, but spaces that encourage daily recreation, entertainment, and expanding social connections,” says Robert Stachowiak, CEO of SGI.

A total of four buildings will be constructed at the Łopuszańska 47 estate. The first building already has its structure closed, and finishing works are underway. The next building has just been released for sale, and it is in this one that the club — a unique space for the estate’s residents — will be located.

The new stage of the investment offers 120 apartments of various sizes, ranging from 26 to 93 sqm. Each apartment will have a balcony, terrace, loggia, or private garden, providing additional space for relaxation. The building will be equipped with a monitoring system and access control, while the ground-floor units will also feature external roller shutters. The investment includes 130 parking spaces and 14 bicycle storage units in the underground garage, as well as 14 outdoor parking spaces. There is also a designated space for charging electric vehicles.
